Best known for his outspoken antics and remarkable agility on the football field, Terrell “T.O.” Owens is about to continue his reign as one of the most revered and feared wide receivers in football history. He’s letting his guard down and allowing fans and foes alike to take a peek into his life off the field as he shifts his focus to love, family and life beyond football. VH1 will follow Terrell during off-season as he searches for love, prepares for a new chapter in his career with his move from Dallas to Buffalo, and even works to repair intimate family relationships that have long been strained.

Premiering on VH1 on Monday, July 20th at 10 PM ET/PT*, “The T.O. Show” takes an introspective look at the life of this audacious superstar from Alexander City, Alabama, revealing the private side of Terrell Owens and providing new insight into the famously brash and brazen personality that is often attributed to him. The series will focus on Terrell’s life from the day he was released by the Dallas Cowboys until he has to report for summer camp to his new team, the Buffalo Bills.

Although Owens is known for being a one-man show, he is not alone in his journey. His close friends (and publicists) Monique (Mo’) Jackson and Kita Williams accompany Terrell on his road of discovery, playing an essential role in Terrell’s quest for success and personal growth. Mo’ and Kita are much more than friends; they are his confidents, business advisors and ultimate support system. From the end of his tenure in Dallas to his exciting new beginning in Buffalo, Mo’ and Kita are there to guide Terrell every step of the way–always keeping him on track, always keeping it real, and always letting him know when T.O. needs to step aside and let Terrell take over.

Beginning Wednesday, July 15 fans can catch a sneak peek of the first episode on VH1.com – five days before the on-air premiere. Subsequent episodes will be available on VH1.com the morning after they air. Additional video content from “The T.O. Show,” including “Kita and Mo Know T.O.” – exclusive segments where Mo’ and Kita give their thoughts on key scenes from the week’s episode will be available on VH1.com and on VH1 Mobile throughout the season.

“The T.O. Show” is executive produced by Evan Prager and Jesses Ignjatovic for Den of Thieves. Executive producers for VH1 are Jill Holmes, Alex Demyanenko, Noah Pollack, and Jeff Olde.
