The Beer, Wine & Spirits professor at UNLV teaches classes upstairs in the Whiskey Attic. Carmer’s a favorite among professors… leaving his mark on students that pass through his doors. “i’m teaching more than beer wine and spirits.” he said. “I like to think I’m teaching life… and I love touching their lives.”
