The owner, Adam Carmer, is responsible for the friendly atmosphere that trickles down to the bartenders, servers, staff and the crowd. “People become friends here… do business here… and spend some ‘angst-free’ time away from the rest of the world.” he explained. The Beer, Wine & Spirits professor at UNLV teaches classes upstairs in the Whiskey Attic. Carmer’s a favorite among professors… leaving his mark on students that pass through his doors. “i’m teaching more than beer wine and spirits.” he said. “I like to think I’m teaching life… and I love touching their lives.”
