After 21 weeks of baseball, we have our third winner of the TMRzoo Double Play Contest! ChrisH successfully picked the Arizona Diamondbacks as the top scoring team of the appropriate week and the St. Louis Cardinals as the team that allowed the least amount of runs. Congrats!
