Oh What a difference a week makes! Unsigned 2010 first round draft picks are dropping like flies, including first overall Sam Bradford, who signed a deal with the St. Louis Rams for 6-years with a $78M minimum and $86M max, with $50M of that guaranteed.
There are only three unsigned first round draft picks left… the second overall pick, Ndamukong Suh of the Detroit Lions, #6 Russell Okung (Seattle Seahawks) and #9 C.J.Spiller who was drafted by the Buffalo Bills. Suh was a very popular pick in our First Pick/ast Signed contest, so this should get interesting in what appears to be the final days of the contest.
You can still enter the contest up until the very last pick signed on the dotted line, so stockpile your entries… we are still picking at random out of all the winners so there are plenty of chances left.
Even though 29 of the 32 first rounders have been signed, the details of some of the contracts have yet to be released. Others, such as the guy who would never get drafted, Tim Tebow, has the possibility to make $33M over the next five years, and almost $9M of it is already guaranteed.

The First Picked/Last Signed Contest is unlike any other contest you’ve entered before. Entrants are given the opportunity to predict who will be the very last first-round draft pick from the 2010 class to sign with the team that drafted him. Once you have made your choice, you could call it a day and wait until there is only one first rounder unsigned… OR, you can come back tomorrow, and every day up until all but one of the first round draft picks are under contract, and submit your entry again.
That is correct, you can enter EVERY day until there is only one unsigned draft pick remaining. How you wish to enter the contest is your choice. If you think you know exactly who will be the biggest pain in the ass, you can stack the deck and pick the same player every day during the entry period, or you can can try every player still unsigned each day until the end date. Once there is only one unsigned draft pick remaining, we will pull all of the correct entries out of the pool and select an entry at random as the winner. The strategy is yours to decide.
