The NFL has named it’s AFC and NFC offensive and defensive players of the week for week 6 of the 2010 football season. Roddy White, wide receiver of the Atlanta Falcons and DeAngelo Hall, cornerback for the Washington Redskins have earned the NFC honors. In the AFC, it was Oakland Radiers’ running back Darren McFadden and Cleveland Browns’ linebacker David Bowens. As you know, the goal of our “Jagermeister Players of the Week” contest is to correctly match up one of the offensive players of the week with one of their defensive counterparts. Did it happen?
Well, 0% of you picked Roddy White, 0% picked DeAngelo Hall, 0% picked Darren McFadden and 0% picked David Bowens. That means there is a 0% chance that we award a contestant the Jagermeister 6-Bottle Shot Cooler this week.
The good news is that voting is already open so you can enter this week’s “Beat the House” and Jagermeister Player of the Week contests RIGHT NOW. For those of you unfamiliar with our contest, it is twofold. First, you agree or disagree with our “House” picks for week 8. Then you enter your guesses for two players who you think will be named by the NFL as players of the week. The two contests are entered at the same time, but run independently, so you can win one or both in any given week. Click the link above to enter and get the official rules and details. You can win a DVD prize pack and/or a Jagermeister 6-bottle shot cooler. Good Luck and enjoy week 8!
If you want another chance to win something cool and NFL-related, we are in the final month of our “Guess the Thanksgiving Game Score” contest where the grand prize is a regulation NFL football autographed by the Detroit Lions Starting QB, Matthew Stafford. Enter your Beat the House picks, then give the Thanksgiving contest a shot.
