Star Wars: Old Republic Gets Worldwide Release Date

MCV is reporting that sources have leaked to them that Star Wars: Old Republic will be released worldwide this September.

The game has been in development for over two years and is, by the admission of developer BioWare, its biggest title to date with “more content than Mass Effect one and two, Dragon Age, Knights of the Old Republic and Baldur’s Gate put together”.

There has been a lot of negativity swirling around The Old Republic, however, with unnamed BioWare developers claiming the company’s spent $300M on it and other developers stating it’ll never be profitable.
