Spike TV will chronicle the ongoing Charlie Sheen saga with an animated half-hour special, “Charlie Sheen’s Winningest Moments” on Wednesday, March 9 at 10:30pm ET/PT . Using the latest animation from the Taiwanese production company, Next Media Animation, the special will be a countdown of 10 to 12 of Sheen’s most outlandish moments. The special will be hosted by two Taiwanese female characters, “The Goddesses.”
