Shmaltz boils and toils upon 6 malts and 6 hops in their stainless steel cauldrons to conjure a 6.66% ABV blood-red lager. This bewitching Fall attraction is a tasty treat available from September through Halloween. 4-packs of 12 oz. bottles and a very limited supply of kegs will appear at specialty shops and select bars throughout NYC and the US starting September 2011.
Official Beer of the 4th Annual NY Craft Beer Week: Geektoberfest®
A second-year collaboration from Shmaltz Brewing, Captain Lawrence Brewing, and Ithaca Beer Company, Geektoberfest® is a blend of six barrel-aged beers originally brewed in New York and will be the official beer of the 4th Annual NY Craft Beer Week. The collaboration represents each brewery’s exuberant determination to make New York a destination for the finest craft beer in the country.
