Coors Banquet Lets Fans Determine History With Heritage Cans

In honor of the Coors Banquet Heritage cans released this spring, the legendary brand is letting fans decide which one of the designs will be produced again in 2012. The Coors Banquet heritage line were only available for a limited time and included a series of four different cans each featuring the authentic design from the decade it was introduced. The cans range from 1880 to 1959, with stories including the history behind the name Coors Banquet to the tradition of always using premium Colorado water in the brewing process.

Fans can vote at www.Coors.com from August 12 through September 12 to choose which of their favorite heritage cans should be featured again in 2012. There is no limit to how many times consumers can vote. Fans can share their preferred can and earn exclusive Banquet badges on www.Facebook.com/CoorsBanquet.

Coors Banquet heritage cans will be available in market February 1st through March 31st. Coors Banquet was first introduced in 1873 and was required to be brewed in Golden, Colorado because of its proximity to fresh water.
