Once again, Electronic Arts hasn’t learned from Dragon Age: Origins, or, more likely, it just doesn’t care. If the EA Servers are for whatever reason inaccessible, you can’t access your downloadable Mass Effect 3 content – and if you have a save game with that DLC in it, screw you. You’re not entitled to it despite being a legit customer.
And God forbid the EA Servers go down. Because of THEIR screwup, you won’t be allowed access to your own content.
Keep treating people like criminals, Electronic Arts, because the pirates don’t care. THEY get to play to their hearts content while legit, PAYING customers get treated like pirates.
