Here is your pre-game update of the Thursday Night Football matchup of the Arizona Cardinals vs. St. Louis Rams on the NFL Network tonight. You fantasy football fans still have time to make some roster moves here are some players you should be thinking about. If you have Rams receivers Chris Givens or Brian Quick this could be a good game to take them off the bench.
Chris Givens is quickly becoming one of Sam Bradford’s favorite targets. Bradford hit Givens with a 52-yarder last Sunday. Bradford later over threw Chris Givens on another long ball that would have turned Chris Givens into an overnight fantasy stud. I like the way WR Brian Quick matches up against the Arizona Cardinals big physical corner. Look for Quick to be a redzone target early and often in the game.
If you have the Rams defense this is the week to sit them. Kevin Kolb and Co. found a way to wear down the Miami Dolphins defense in the second half last week. I see the same happening tonight to the St. Louis Rams. It is understood, start Larry Fitzgerald and Kevin Kolb. Most Kolb owners left him on the bench the past few weeks. Don’t leave these precious fantasy football points on the table 5 weeks in a row.
Vegas odds makers are calling this game as an a tight match with the Arizona Cardinals squeaking out a win. The spread is Cardinals (-2) with the over/under set at 39. As I said earlier today I like the Arizona Cardinals in this matchup, I also like the over. I am predicting a highflying high scoring game with the Arizona Cardinals moving on to (5-0)
