Watch NFL Monday Night Football: Free Live Online Streaming Options and Preview – Week 11

Tonight’s week 11 Monday Night Football contest between the Chicago Bears and San Francisco 49ers had all the makings of a grudge match to determine the NFC’s top defense. Well, it still could, but those marquee defenses will not be facing the opposing offenses at full strength since both starting QBs had their bells rung in their week 10 games. The game is on ESPN, but if you can’t watch it on TV, read on to see how you can stream it live online for free.

As mentioned, both Alex Smith and Jay Cutler took some licks last week and couldn’t complete their games due to concussions. The pair will NOT play in tonight’s game. Alex Smith did return to practice this week, but he has not been cleared to play so we now have Colin Kaepernick filling in for him and Jason Campbell will be getting the nod for da Bears. Cutler was ruled out earlier in the week, so there was no surprise there.

It is assumed that the running game will carry the load for both offenses, and both sides have some of the best in the business. Bears running back Matt Forte had some injury problems early on in the season but appears to be fully healthy now. Unfortunately, had had to content with the Texans’ defense last week and now the Niners’.

On the other side of the fence we have Frank Gore, who was on the injury report this week due to wrist and rib issues. He is listed as probable, and unless he trips on his way out of the locker room and breaks something, will be ready to play. The Bears are in the top 5 in the league defending the run so just like Forte, he will have his work cut out for him.

This has all the makings of an ultra-low scoring affair. The total is currently at 34, the lowest of all the week 11 games. So what usually happens when we are expecting a low-scoring affair? That’s right, we see offensive fireworks. The only thing we can do at this point is sit back and watch.
