Week 12 NFL Picks Predictions and Stone Cold Locks – Against the Spread, Money Line and Totals

Welcome to Week 12. We are beginning to see the top teams separate from the pack, not only in the NFL, but in the TMRzoo Beat the House contest. If you were lucky enough to follow TMR Zoo on Facebook, you saw the golden opportunity for a chance to make the playoffs… just pick all three thanksgiving day games right. Being the nice guy that I am, I gave out the three winners on the TMR Facebook page. If you missed out on the opportunity, and missed out on the picks, then I suggest you follow TMRzoo.com on Facebook right now.

Let’s get down to business. Last week we about broke even. This week we hope to add a few units to our bankroll.

San Diego Chargers PK -110 (3 Units): This is a game that the books hope to make some money on today as the public is just throwing money at the Ravens. The Chargers look to be a team in dismay, meanwhile, the Ravens are already penciled in as a playoff team after their win over the Steelers. The only problem is that the Ravens always seem to take a vacation the week after beating the Steelers. The Ravens are 1-3 in their last 4 games following wins over the Steelers…. Who can forget last season’s losses to the might Titans or Seahawks? Factor in the fact that Baltimore does not travel well, and this game is on the other side of America…. the Chargers are primed for the upset.

Carolina Panthers -2.5 -110 (5 Units): No Vick, No McCoy, not looking to good for the Eagles. When the Eagles played the Redskins, they looked like they had already packed it in. They will want to play hard at home on national TV, however, they just will not have the talent on the field. That offensive line may be the only offensive line worse than the Dallas Cowboys’. Meanwhile, the Panthers are looking better than they did earlier in the season, despite not piling on wins. I think Cam Newton has a decent day and the defense forces a few turnovers as the Panthers pull this one out semi easily.

Pittsburgh Steelers -1 -125 (3 Units): I wonder if the line moved in the Steelers favor after it was announced Byron Leftwhich would not be playing. The public loves the Browns today. It seems to be the “Sharp” play. No Roethlisberger, no Leftwich, and the Browns almost beat the Cowboys. Well, news flash, good teams do not almost beat the Cowboys, good teams DO beat the Cowboys, as for Charlie Batch, I still think he is a decent QB He went 15-22 for 208 yard and one pick vs the Rams last year in the Steelers 27-0 win. Batch is a good game manager. The Steelers will win because of their defense, but Batch will help make sure the offense doesn’t blow it.

Good luck. Also, remember to start looking for some solid Fantasy Football players for the Fantasy Football playoffs. Do not get screwed over when Tom Brady takes a seat the last game of the season, get your backup plans now!
