2013 NFL Kickoff: Thursday Night Football Free Live Online Streaming and Preview

The day has finally arrived, the official kickoff to the 2013 NFL season… a Thursday Night Football contest featuring the reigning Super Bowl Champion Baltimore Ravens visiting Denver to take on the Broncos. The game, with all the fixins, will be televised on NBC with a free live online streaming option, starting at 8:30pm EST.

The opener is a rematch from last year’s playoffs where the Ravens bumped off the Broncos in the divisional round in a double-overtime thriller. It was Joe Flacco who out-slinged Peyton Manning on that day, tallying 3 touchdown passes and 330 yards. Flacco tied the game with a 70-yard touchdown pass to Jacoby Jones with only 30 seconds left in regulation.

The Ravens’ roster has been decimated since the Super Bowl, with four key defensive players flying the nest, including Ray Lewis and Ed Reed, and Anquan Boldin packed his bags for San Francisco. Will they kick back, take a year off and soak in the Super Bowl hangover or will they prove everyone wrong and shock the world for the second consecutive year?

On the other side of the field will be a Peyton Manning, just a few months removed from yet another early playoff exit and in a stadium and city that is decorated with images of Joe Flacco, courtesy of the NFL. How do you think HE will react tonight?

All questions will be answered soon enough.
