The 4th edition of Sunday Night Football for the 2013 NFL Season will kick off tonight between the New England Patriots and Atlanta Falcons. Tonight the Patriot’s finally play what was thought to be a playoff contender. After an early schedule of creampuff teams, fans get to see how good, or bad this Patriots team really is. The Atlanta Falcons were a favorite pick to win the Super Bowl this year. A rough start and a disappointing last minute loss to the Miami Dolphins last week has the Falcons desperate to prove they are a playoff contender.
The Patriots are without star tight end Gronkowski and the often-hurt Danny Amendola this evening again. While the rookies started to show some spark last week tonight is the biggest challenge they have seen yet in their short NFL careers.
Despite the polar opposite records and performances, the Bears are still only favored by 2.5 in Pittsburgh tonight.
