Below are some playoff beard-inspired tequila cocktails to help you enjoy game 7 of the 2014 World Series and the final game of the Major League Baseball season. As baseball’s playoffs head into the final game, Hornitos Tequila looks to give you all the more reason to celebrate. You can mix up one of these stached cocktails (mustache not included) and hop back on your bandwagon while watching the exciting late inning comebacks unfold this postseason.
Playoff Beer’d
– 1 ½ parts Hornitos® Plata Tequila
– 5 parts Mexican lager
– 3 dashes hot sauce
– 8 dashes Worcestershire sauce
– ½ part lime juice
Preparation: Combine ingredients in a pint glass or pilsner glass and serve. Garnish with lime.
The MANdlebar
– 2 parts Hornitos® Reposado Tequila
– ½ part lime juice
– 3 parts pineapple juice
– 2 dashes green habanero hot sauce*
*Hot sauce is optional
Preparation: Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake vigorously and pour into a martini or highball glass. Garnish with a lime slice.
