Just because someone is well known in one part of the world does not mean that they will be famous elsewhere. In fact it’s quite common for someone to be fairly famous in one part of the world and virtually unknown to the general population of another region.
Russia’s Marina Orlova or India’s Katarina Kaif are examples of two beauties who are well known in their home lands, but remain largely unheard of in North America.
Usually this is because these people rarely make international news, yet every so often one does.
Such is the case with this years ‘Sexiest Woman Alive’ according to FHM Magazine for 2015.
Since first breaking into acting, in 2009, on the long running British soap opera ‘Coronation Street’ Michelle Keegan has steadily become a well-known UK television actress.
In 2010 Michelle Keegan was first voted as one of the 100 sexiest women alive according to FHM readers when she placed number 30 on the list.
The following year Michelle Keegan was voted number 26 and made the January cover, appearing again in the magazine two years later when she was listed as number 4 in the same poll.
This year Michelle Keegan not only made the cover but was also voted as the ‘Sexiest Woman Alive’ for 2015 by FHM readers.
