The Low Down
Tootsie’s Cabaret should replace Disney World as “The Most Magical Place On Earth,” as this massive adult entertainment complex is every gentlemen’s club aficionado’s dream come true. My review of Tootsie’s Cabaret is a compilation of experiences I’ve had over the past three years during my annual pilgrimage to the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area with my good friend Mario, who compared the club’s large number of attractive and diverse dancers to a buffet, stating with excitement “it was all you can eat!”
Location & Facilities – 5 Stars
Located in the City of Miami Gardens, about a twenty five mile drive from Fort Lauderdale to the north and Miami to the south, Tootsie’s Cabaret is conveniently located near I-95, Route 91 (Florida Turnpike) and Route 826. A former BJ’s Wholesale Club, the Tootsie’s Cabaret complex features 60,000 square of adult entertainment as well as Knockers, their 14,000 square foot sports bar. The two-story club features all of the amenities you’d expect from the high-end gentlemen’s clubs you’d find in New York and Las Vegas: a massive 400-square foot, two-pole stage with “Tootsie’s Theatre” in giant letters above it backlit by a multi-color display, over 300 plasma TV’s and eleven projection screens to catch all of the sports action, outdoor parking, VIP indoor parking as well as private dance booths, champagne courts and even private suites and skyboxes in their upstairs VIP lounge.
Staff – 5 Stars
The staff at Tootsie’s is as friendly as they come, with suit-wearing professional staff and gorgeous female bartenders and waitresses throughout to cater to your every need. Make sure to call ahead to set up a party package with the VIP host, as the club gets packed on the weekend evenings.
Food & Drink – 5 Stars
Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner all day, Tootsie’s Cabaret has a wide variety of dining options available, including appetizers such as wings, calamari, snow crab, and pizza as well as salads and entrees such as tilapia, filet mignon and southern fried chicken and waffles. It almost goes without saying that Tootsie’s Cabaret offers a full bar with a wide variety of drink options.
Dancers – 5 Stars
The best feature of Tootsie’s Cabaret, by far, is the amazing dancing talent. This club features some of the most eclectic mix of dancers with the most diverse backgrounds I’ve ever encountered in any gentlemen’s club. During my trips to Tootsie’s Cabaret, I’ve run into dancers who were porn actresses, who flew in for just the weekends to work at the club, a dancer who bragged about all of the 80’s hair metal rock stars she slept with and even cousins… yes, cousins, working during the same shift! Throughout my numerous trips to Tootsie’s Cabaret, I’d have to say the most amazing dancer I’d met was Blake, a gorgeous blonde dancer who gave me one of the best champagne court experiences of my life.
Value – 5 Stars
While Tootsie’s Cabaret provides plenty of value for your money, including $8 cover Sun to Thu and $12 cover Fri to Sat, both starting at 8:00pm, there is one important thing take note of to maximize your experience at the club. According to our car service driver, Larry, it’s best to go to Tootsie’s Cabaret during the day. The main reason for this is the division of pay for services: You rent the rooms for a fixed price from the club, but the dancers set their own rate for dances. Despite what you may be accustomed to, the day shift girls are smoking hot… the night shift girls are beautiful, of course, but they charge a huge premium for dances over what you’ll encounter during the day (supply and demand, especially on the busy weekends). Whether you’re on a budget and are tipping the dancers on stage or planning a massive party with skybox, champagne and all the dances your credit card can hold, Tootsie’s Cabaret will always provide you with an amazing experience.

In Brief… While South Beach in Miami might be known for its lavish nightlife, restaurant and club scene, skip out on the lame gentlemen’s clubs there and head over to Tootsie’s Cabaret for an amazing experience you’ll never forget.
