had some smoked mackerel, baked sweet potato and avocado last night.

no digestive problems.

In another day or two, I'm gonna move back onto spicy stuff and beer. Hooray!

That place makes the best hot 'n' sour soup I've ever had. We get it as an appetizer.

If y'all haven't tried putting tater tots in a waffle iron yet, you have to do it.

I'm more of a 'hashbrowns in the toaster' kind of guy. They turn out great.
Oinkus Maximus Cast Iron Deep dish , homemade chunky marinara , smoked provolone , fresh cut pepperoni , andouille sausage, canadian bacon , nueske's applewood smoked bacon,homecrafted exquisite meatballs,and fresh grated parmesan on top. Tonight we are having cod, collard greens, and spinach.
Steak & fries w/ pepper cream sauce.

Pint of McAuslan Cream Ale to wash it down.

I quarter the pizza and a each slice weighs around 3+ lbs. Blood sugar still high 12 hours later after eating 1 piece.
