I have a laptop running Win10. I think it’s almost 5 years old. Recently it has begun randomly freezing. There doesn’t seem to be a pattern other than working in Word or on google docs.
It will freeze for a couple of minutes. Even ctrl-alt-del doesn’t work. After a couple of minutes that window might pop up. If it does, I can hit cancel and it continues running fine again. Sometimes just waiting gets the same result.
What can cause this?
