I am listening to Eat 'Em And Smile. I have to say it is the best post break album that came out after the Van Halen\Roth divorce. Don't get me wrong I love 5150 and OU812. Still I think Eat 'Em And Smile is the gold standard. Opinions?
As soon as I saw the thread title I immediately thought of Eat 'Em and Smile. The combination of Vai, Sheehan and Bissonette was a great choice for a band.

I was driving into work this morning, listening to Stern, and he played the song coming out of a break. I thought it didn't sound too bad. No sooner did I think that that both Howard and Fred said they saw the YouTube clip and thought it was total shit but it sounded good when they just played it on the air.
Maybe the video of a few grandfathers acting like douchebags affected how we listened to it. The more realistic video would be them rocking in rocking chairs on a front porch and randomly have kids walk on the screen so they can yell at the goddamn kids to get off their lawn.
