If you notice he has "retarded kid hands" when he is lying there (around the 45 second mark). He got fucked up.

No doubt he got fucked up, but Quinten Mikell made the hit, then Collie hit Coleman as a result of Mikell's hit. Coleman was flagged. He also wasn't a defenseless receiver. You can clearly see him catch and tuck the ball and move forward... which makes it a bogus penalty.

Steve the initial hit is helmet to helmet. You just stopped short of blaming Collie for his own concussion. Fuckin Eagles Fans nothing changes.

Too late: Jerry Jones has reportedly put Wade Phillips
out of his misery.
CBS-11 in Dallas first reported that Phillips was fired Monday as Cowboys coach. The news was quickly confirmed
by the local FOX station and NBCDFW's Newy Scruggs. It's worth noting that none of the beat writers that follow the team have confirmed the report.

Ha. No, its not just me. Like I said, national sports commentators are using it as a platform to show what is wrong with the league right now. What happened to Collie is unfortunate, but it happens when you have big bodies flying at each other at high speeds.
From what I heard, Bill Cowher went ballistic over that call during the halftime show, stopping just short of offering to pay the fine if there was one, and if there was, it was criminal. Spittle coming out of his mouth and everything.
Oh, and then there's this:
Colts agree: The hit on Austin Collie wasn't illegal
OK it was legal but he had "retarded kid hands" dammit!

I agree with the retarded kid hands. The bigger crime is the "Unnecessary touching of Peyton Manning" penalty anyway.
Starting in December defenders can get 15 years and an automatic first down for not sending Payton Manning a Christmas card.
Is Joe Flacco an overrated unibrow turd, or is it just me?
more blown calls deciding games. the NFL is awesome
