I am going to propose two new laws that I need you guys to get behind.
The first is “The Elderly Road Act”: The way I look at it old people have all day to get their shit done. There is no need for these curmudgeons to be on the roads during rush hour mucking everything up. The bill I am proposing would keep the elderly off the roads between 6-9 A.M. and 4-6 P.M. They have the whole rest of the day to get their shit done there is no need for them to bring the commute to a screeching halt.
My second bill is very similar in nature. “The EBT Access Act”: If you are using an Electronics Benefits Card you obviously do not have a job. There is no reason for hard working Americans that are paying for your groceries to have to wait in line for you on Friday nights and Saturday afternoons when we are trying to get shit done. Make EBT cards only active 7 A.M. – 5 P.M. on Monday thru Friday. If you don’t have a job that gives you plenty of time to get your shopping done. It also overlaps with the “The Elderly Road Act” for those older people on assistance.
If any of you TMR members are in the House or Senate and can sponsor these bills I would greatly appreciate it.
