Anyway just to get it going i put some el cheapo china-man humbuckers in it. Cheapest on ebay actually, shipped was $8.

I spent the last 4 days playing the guitar and holy fuck balls the pickups are great. I feel a bit embarrassed but damn they aren't all bad for the money. I wont be buying any more but still for $8 they are fine. They only really do metal though.

They eat the shit out of the original sd designed blackouts it came with. :monkey:

I dont like them much but the play well for the price. This one has great fretwork out of the factory.

They would be on par with your korean squire collection i fear. :monkey: They are sterile and lifeless but for the price they are better than a few stock pups i have played.
