Some of you may remember him. He is an entertaining fellow, and quite the creative musician.
I miss 'foamy.
He used to live in Bean Town. Taught music to kids.
Every so often I'll sit down and listen to an album that I haven't heard in what seems like ages.
It always makes for a good experience.
His SDUGF moniker was seafoamer. If he hadn't gotten himself banned, I'm certain he would have been invited to the UIG. IDK if he would have accepted.
I've come across old posts from him.
He certainly seemed like an interesting guy.
His Soundroom posts were never dull, and he was the first to embrace the Tips and Clips concept.
Strangely enough the genesis of his eventual banning wouldn't have registered in the current forum.
I always dug his music and his posts.
Its funny how that works sometimes, isn't it?
Meh, I liked when the forum was "cleaner".
Yet even Scott F has acknowledged that maybe he should have been more patient with 'foamy.
I'm disappointed that he has not continued to post music. The majority of the tunes on those two webpages were recorded several years ago.
It looks like he has crossed the country twice since his banning: Boston to Sarasota to Oregon.
I fucking loved 'foamy. Great guy!
There's nothing quite like re-listening to old music and picking up on new parts.
