Yeah but why the hell would Jim Harbaugh take the job at Michigan just like that without any of them making him an offer yet? Isn't going back to college a demotion of sorts and you have to freaking recruit ?

Harbaugh Supposedly was offered the highest pay of any coach to go there, even higher than Saban. When Saban went to Bama after leaving the Dolphins, he got a significant pay RAISE.
