Wonder if anyone makes a clear primer.
I tell you hwhat, I love the end result but sanding wah pedals is a fucking pain in the ass. It'll be worth it when I finish this bad boy though.
It took me four hours of sanding to get to this point and another hour to do the top piece. And I still have to get it all the way up to 600. Ugh
Chris's wah is coming along nicely. I'll start on mine later.

And then there's this
This Inca Gold came out far better than I had hoped. It's stunning in person. But you get SO MUCH GLITTER when you spray it. Thank God I have a respirator now.
So much win shared between two photos.
Very groovy.
It's coming together... Once I finish up the top piece then I'm going to do the racing strips and the clear coat. Maybe I'll be able to get to bed before 7am... Nah not likely

You should buy a sandblasting gun instead of sanding all that shit. It's like $50 for a good one and they work really well. A friend at work uses one for taking the finish off of his AR rifles.
I'm thinking of refinishing my Joyo pedal enclosures some day, if I do I'm definitely gonna try sandblasting.
I pulled my crybaby out today and realized how much tone-suck it has.
Bleh. Time for an upgrade, methinks.
