So, these guys fucked me and I spent most of my morning on the phone with the rudest piece of shit Customer Service Supervisor I have ever spoken too.
Long story short:
May 14 I ordered MGS4
June 11 gamestop.com sends the game to UPS
June 12 they charge me for the game
Somewhere along the line UPS says they never got the games.
gamestop.com supposedly sends out an email asking customers if they want the game shipped overnight or if they want a refund.
June 20 I call gamestop.com to find out where my game is. Told they emailed me. Searched my gmail, NOTHING from them. Told they would send it to me overnight that day and I will receive it the next day.
June 21 no game
June 22 I call gamestop.com again. Told the order has a processing date of June 22 which means the game will not go out until June 23 and received on June 24. Unacceptable. Then told they can set it up so I can go in to a brick and mortar store and pick up the game. Transferred to a Customer Service Supervisor. Was disconnected after 10+ minutes on hold. Called back, 10 minutes later I am on the phone with the rudest SOB Customer Service Supervisor I have ever spoken to. Told it is everyone's fault but gamestop.com. Told that the June 20 rep should have never told me I would receive it the next day. Also told the June 22 rep should have never told me I could go in and pick up the game. Told the best they could do is refund the shipping. I told him I wanted and needed more than that to be happy. He laughed at me. I requested a full refund and was told that would take 2 to 3 working days. I told him he was losing a customer. He told me that's my prerogative.
I'm fucking pissed.

I'd be so pissed, they should give you a gift card at the very least.

Last time I sent a letter like this was to Id Software back in the late 90's. Got a personal letter of apology from founder John Carmack along with a shitload of free software.
