It's a tad brisk outside here today too.

Isn't the East coast getting another coating of ice today?

Yeah, its nice here, low 50's, but we're getting gusts around 40mph every one in awhile.

The wind was so strong earlier today that it kept blowing my briefcase off my shoulder. I had to carry it while walking thru the parking lot.

And, my daughter's college was considering cancelling classes this afternoon because the wind knocked out power a few times.

It's supposed to snow here Friday.

The Weather Thread - Speng - 02-18-2009

We lucked out today. It was predicted that we'd get between five and eight inches of that heavy, slushy snow last night and through the day today. I woke up and there's nothing, it rained just a little bit. How can all the weathermen on all the different channels get the forecast so wrong?

The Weather Thread - Securb - 02-18-2009

That crap is headed my way we are supposed to get 3 inches during tonights commute
