Braised chicken burritos.

Technically the chicken was pressure cooked but it's the same process except it makes the meat more tender. The pressure cooker is a very underrated tool in the kitchen.

Trader Joes Chile Relenno and a can of refried beans covered in Taco Bell sauce and fresh cilantro.

I have one in my basement that I've been tempted to use, I'm not sure it's safe though.

As long as it's hissing and you don't put beans in it you should be A-ok.

Beans will clog the pressure release orphice and turn it into a steam bomb with pieces of steel shrapnel.

It's pretty old, it belonged to my Grandparents. The rubber seal appears to be fine though.

I think I am going to make a chicken pot pie tonight. Sometimes I make it with a biscuit top but I don't have the time tonight. It is just going to have to be regular crust.

My sister makes an absolutely KILLER chicken pot pie. I've actually requested it for my birthday dinner on a few occasions.
