This looks incredible. I played the Hell out of Duke Nukem 3D back in the day. Modem play back then was so much fun.

The demo is out for the First Access members (I mistakenly became eligible on Steam with a Borderlands DLC) and I just played through it (on PC). It's definitely all Duke, juvenile, inappropriate but has you saying "die piggy die" within five minutes. Graphically, the outside environments look kinda hazy and weird, but inside more closely appears like the current DirectX 11 environs ala Metro 2033. The bit I played has not brought anything new to the genre but the appetizer did have me wanting to finish the level that abruptly ended. I'm not ready to pre-purchase in light of the demo and would like to hear some good reviews on the final release to encourage parting with my $50. If it's one of those 4-6hr games I'd probably spend my limited gaming time on something else. Aside from the freaky looking outside environments and the potential for too much Duke-ness it could be a lotta fun.
