RE: Rose wings - kinnikuman - 01-17-2015 Cool! glad the lads like it. I was thinking instead of going for a strat look, ie slightly rounded edges/typical armrest and back cut, I would go for something like this Or even like a ibby radius. I dont know what you would call that? carved top? Thoughts? The shape does work well like this but i guess whats the point of doing the same thing twice. ![]() I am going to do a jack area like this too. Pretty rad hey? ![]() one thing i am worried about is routing/cutting the slot for the 5way switch. How the fuck? Haha RE: Rose wings - youngthrasher9 - 01-22-2015 Route the back like normal then cut the slot with a Dremel blade. Or you know be like every other normal person and use a 3 way toggle. I dont know about that bro, chaoz said doing it with a series of small holes and a file would be the safest way. Or i might just make a wood switch cover or something. And i cant use a 3way switch with the planned wiring. I considered using a freeway switch 6way from stewpoo but i dont think it would work. |
