We had already done that well before i even saw this :) we tried a bit as we were racking to the bottling bucket and adding isinglass to help clarify. it tastes phenomenal. Strong cranberry presence, nice caramelly/nutty body, and a subtle smokey aftertaste. Can't wait to try it after bottle conditioning.
