I've never had a taco with beans instead of meat, I'll have to try that. I have bean burritos from time to time, I'll do tacos next time.

Trust me a real cheese and sausage pizza is much better. I would give that a C+ on the pizza scale. Even with the fake cheese it is better than Pizza Hut and Dominos but not even close to the real deal.

I don't know about dinner, but lunch tomorrow is gonna be smoked brisket.


Smoked on a rack, then finished at the end with its drippings and arrogant bastard.

Perfect beer pairing. You might want to spice up the brisket a bit to play off the hops.

I actually put the Arrogant Bastard in the drippings pan actually.

The bastard definitely added something.


This brisket is one of the best things I've ever tasted.
