I'm planning on cooking a chicken on the grill tonight. I bought some tobasco wood chips and I'm going to butterfly the chicken and let it get all smoky.

It turned out great. The tabasco chips added just a little bit of vinegar flavor along with the smoke. The only downside is that I smell like I just crawled out of a fireman's ass.
