Is is legal now to have up to an ounce of weed in Mass, all they will do is take the weed and give you a ticket if they find the weed. I wonder if te price of pot will go down now?

Exactly, that is why I voted to for the change. Too bad the morons in MA didn't vote to repeal the income tax here. Instead we want to give more money to the state, smart thinking, we could have given ourselves a 5% pay raise while also using that money for weed!

That really sucked for me even though I live in NH I have to pay 5% income tax to work in MA and dirty bastards dont even allow me to vote.

They were talking about this law on the radio last night. It is still illegal in MA to sell or possess paraphernalia. So while weed is decriminalized you can still go to jail for having a bong. Why not make hand guns legal next but possessing bullets is a felony.

There's something goofy in Texas where you can get busted for paraphernalia for having ZigZag papers, which you can buy legally in a store.
