To be honest, I'm not sure how many dealers are left in California. My buddy made the statement "I can't believe you can go buy some Kush next to an all you can eat Chinese place"

Booya economic boost. He got his card for his dad whom is ill and not able to maintain an appetite. He goes and buys him brownies, cookies, and the like.

It's super easy to get a card..... apparently.

Even if it's illegal federally what will happen? It seems like the DEA agents in CA have relocated to the east coast in lieu of being laid off. Oh joy...

Take note Jimmy Choo. Mexican drug smugglers may have come up with the latest trend in shoe design. After U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents on patrol in New Mexico noticed "discrepancies on the sandy desert landscape," they discovered seven men, in possession of 215 pounds of marijuana valued at $172,000, attempting to illegally sneak into the country. The septet, who posed for the below fashion forward photo, were unsuccessful in a bid to cover their tracks and evade detection by gluing pieces of foam to their shoes while shuffling across the border. A Texas police officer was arrested Wednesday after he was caught with marijuana while on duty.

Officer Wesley Lamb faces charges of drug possession and tampering with evidence.

Police said the investigation was the result of a tip from an unidentified person who reported witnessing Lamb smoke marijuana in uniform, in his patrol car, while on duty.

Undercover officers assigned to a special internal affairs investigative unit then set up a sting operation.

An undercover officer posed as a citizen who wanted to turn in 86 grams of marijuana that he found to police.

Lamb did not report the incident or bring the drugs to the property room, police said.

Instead, investigators followed Lamb to his house where he moved the marijuana to his personal vehicle.

Investigators later executed a search warrant on his car and house and recovered the drugs.

Lamb is free on $7,500 bond.

Police Chief Jeff Halstead announced the charge and resignation of Officer Lamb at a Wednesday news conference.

Halstead also said he'll reorganize the department to increase field supervision of officers.

An Idaho man probably wishes that he started weeding in his yard sooner. That's after he told police that he discovered a tray of some 28 marijuana seedlings in an overgrown portion of the backyard near his Moscow home.

The Moscow-Pullman Daily News reported the seedlings were between two and four inches tall already.

Assistant Police Chief David Duke said his department has confiscated the plants and aims to destroy them.

[Image: Pot-Weed-Marijuana-150x150.jpg]In January 2010, New Jersey became the 14th state to enact a law allowing the sale of marijuana to ease the pain and suffering of chronically, seriously ill patients. The Compassionate Use Medical Marijuana Act was modeled after New Mexico's medical use statute which allows registered patients to purchase small amounts of marijuana (two ounces per month) to cope with debilitating illnesses. Both states also allow for state-licensed "alternative care centers" to sell marijuana. New Mexico currently has five centers where people can legally buy pot. New Jersey plans to open six centers; two in each of the northern, central and southern regions of the state.

The Act called for the New Jersey Department of Health to create rules detailing how patients may apply for the program, what types of illnesses qualify for medicinal marijuana and what criteria will be used for licensing distribution centers, a... Click here for full article
