Got an e-mail at work that our Canadaian distributors (except for the French Quebec ones) will be closed on Monday to observe the new holiday of Family Day. I know the US makes up a lot of new holidays, but the Canucks have the brains to make a three day weekend out of it.

If they can just make up a holiday, why'd they do it in Winter? Seems wiser to take a Monday off in July or August.
