I just bought these chillis for my wings - The World's Hottest Chile Pepper!!! Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Chile) has been tested at over 1,001,300 Scoville heat units!!! Almost twice as hot as the old champ, the Red Savina Habanero. Might also be spelled "Jolokia"

One year at my BBQ I put a sign on my wings that said "Careful Hot" so people gave me shit all day long telling me my wings were not hot. The next year I cranked them up and a couple of people were able to choke one down. Last year one person was able to finish one.
This year I take no prisoners. My marinade will be these peppers and a cup of vinegar - thats it.

Speng I didn't even taste them the dust in the air just from opening the bottle had me coughing. After I started working with them and me and the wife were choking for a good half hour. It was like someone sprayed pepper spray or Mace in my kitchen.
