Police arrest Travis Parmelee, of Jacksonville, Fla., who was tasered by the deputies after repeated requests for him to calm down while behind the 11th hole at The Players Championship on Friday. Parmelle had allegedly been yelling and heckling at fans and golfers. Parmelle was charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest without violence for the incident.
