DA: Upper Dublin teacher arrested, gave ‘sex device’ to student

Montgomery County authorities on Friday arrested an Upper Dublin High School teacher for allegedly trading sexually explicit text messages with a female special education student, giving her a vibrator at the school and urging her to masturbate with it.

Cheryl Bremble, a 40-year-old special education teacher, "encouraged the juvenile to use the device on numerous occasions during text message conversations," said Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman and Upper Dublin Police Chief Terrence Thompson.

Ferman called the crime "particularly repulsive when you consider the fact you're dealing with vulnerable child in the special education program."

Philadelphia - Don't walk and text. Everyone knows the dangers of using their cell phone while driving, but as texting becomes more addictive, will governments have to include provisions for people who become too distracted while walking?

The city of Philadelphia has made it illegal to do so, and will be handing out $120 fines to pedestrians who text while they walk without looking ahead.

I support this. You are walking and texting in center city, only paying attention to your phone. You walk into the person in front of you. Next thing you know there is a shank in your belly.

This rule will save an incredible amount of tax dollars on unnecessary police, ambulance, prisons and court costs.

It gives the police one more reason to stop black men at will.

Good luck collecting the $120 fines from ghetto thugs and white trash.

Wasn't this an episode of CSI?

Target in Facebook murder-for-hire case shot dead while suspects were in jail.

Quote:PHILADELPHIA - The target in an alleged Facebook murder-for-hire case was shot dead in West Philadelphia Monday night just hours after a hearing for two people who are being accused of conspiring to kill him.

Corey White, 22, was shot once in the chest, just a few blocks away from where he lived, reports the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Monday afternoon, Municipal Judge Patrick Dugan held White's ex girlfriend London Eleye, 20, and Timothy Bynum, 18, for a trial on criminal solicitation for murder and attempted murder charges, reports the paper.

Philadelphia police allege that Eleye posted a message offering a "stack" to whoever would "kill [her] baby father," and police say someone intended to take her up on the offer.

Investigators say that Eleye posted the alleged solicitation in May and that the "stack" she offered was street slang for $1,000, according to CBS station KYW.

When police learned about the situation, they searched the home of the alleged hitman who they say was Bynum. Police say they found a .22 caliber handgun in Bynum's home.

Eleye and Bynum have been in jail since their arrests. Two weeks ago, White testified in an initial hearing against the two. Police said they are still investigating and could not say if White's murder was related to the murder-for-hire case.

A tailgating fan gets high-fives from the cops in Philadelphia! Video taken outside Citizens Bank Park shows a woman downing a beer from a beer-bong in one of the stadium’s paring lots.

Two officers on motorcycles drive by and exchange high-fives with the woman.

One of the officers says, “I can appreciate that,” and both drive away on their bikes.

According to the Phillies website, tailgating is only permitted in the parking areas south of Pattison Avenue and east of Darien Street.

It is not known in which parking lot the woman was in when the video was shot.

(I have only been to the Linc once and even I know where she is standing...come on man)
