I put the cart before the horse. I just picked up a 24 inch HD monitor. I am in heaven now I have to pick up a new video card. My 256mb died over a year ago and I put one of my old 64mb cards in for a quick fix. A year later it is still in there. Time to get something that will support 1080.

Make sure it is HDCP compliant if you want to play Blu Ray on your PC. Otherwise it's a mute point for 1080(P or I?). Do you have a Mobo that supports PCIe or is it an older AGP bus for your video?
