I am a highschool student hoping to pursue a career in music. I want to go to one of the best schools possible for different majors in music, such as theory, performance, composition, education, etc. I live in Schaumburg, Il so i would like the school to be no further than 2 hours away from home. Does anybody know what schools around Chicago have good music programs? Are there any special schools which only teach music?
