I know teams are jumping on the fan conduct bus, but this is getting stupid. And, they do have the text narc system.
CHIEFS FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
The Kansas City Chiefs are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for our fans. When attending a game, the stadium staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests and other fans can enjoy the event, free from the following behaviors:
ââ¬Â¢ Foul, obscene, offensive or abusive language or actions
ââ¬Â¢ Continuous standing and/or obstructing the view of other fans
ââ¬Â¢ Intoxication or other signs of impairment
ââ¬Â¢ Smoking except in designated areas
ââ¬Â¢ Fighting and unruly or inconsiderate behavior
ââ¬Â¢ Obscene or indecent clothing or signs
ââ¬Â¢ Conduct that endangers spectators or participants
ââ¬Â¢ Harassment of visiting team fans
ââ¬Â¢ Interfering with the progress of the game, going onto the field or
throwing any object onto the field
ââ¬Â¢ Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel
ââ¬Â¢ Selling items or tickets in the stadium or on sports complex grounds
ââ¬Â¢ Attempting to sit in a location other than the guestââ¬â¢s ticketed seat
ââ¬Â¢ Destroying property
Event patrons are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons occupying their seats. Please respect the rights of others. Event patrons and guests who choose not to adhere to these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund.

A few times at Eagles games I've seen opposing team fans ask or even yell at Eagles fans to sit down... mostly on defensive 3rd downs when everyone is up making noise. It usually doesn't end up pretty. Its not the fucking opera asswipe.
