And I'm regretting eating the hottest chicken you can buy at the pub without signing a waiver.
It was coated in a bourbon infused sauce called "Southern Discomfort".
It describes the day after very well.

Oh it was delicious, for sure. I've had it once before, but it was a tad hotter this time.
It came with beer battered fries. So good.
