Got the BC Rich finally. I don't hate the pickups I just know the guitar could be so much more. The guitar sounds great fo hard rock and metal. I haven't played it for an extended time clean yet.

It's pretty but for me, the 2v/2t layout is missing what Rich is all about-miniswitches, varitones, and preamps. The Floyd is nice, however.

I'm not slamming it, at all, btw.

I used to have an 82 all mahogany that was fantastic sitting down but standing was the most neck-heavy guitar I've ever owned. Is yours balanced any better?

You can hide a lot (and retain functionality with the more readily available push/pulls, concentric pots, etc.

I was thinking about putting in a push pull phase I will use that more than any other bobble. I am going to keep the electronics on this baby pretty clean.

It just doesn't LOOK right to me. That's all. Same with the Bich.

love the shape on those.

RE: NGD - Oinkus - 12-26-2014

Looks nice ! I been wanting a Bich since the 70s just never happened upon one when I had money. Played a nice Rich Bich Doubleneck long time ago ebony board whole crapload of switches and knobs , weighed a ton but besides that it was smoking hot. I would play that Mockingbird pretty much just like it is for awhile and see how attached I could get to it stock.Happy hoho and etc...

I could say the same about my Les Paul, and I've had it since 2007.
