And not having to play Roy Williams. NFL Talk - 2008 - EaglesSuck - 12-15-2008 Prog Wrote:And not having to play Roy Williams. geez, I almost forgot about him. Don't remind me. ack! NFL Talk - 2008 - bobbyt2 - 12-16-2008 the final flex game could be Dallas @ Philly, but depending on what happens this week. It could be the Favre like Jets @ home vs. Chad & the Fins:cool: NFL Talk - 2008 - EaglesSuck - 12-16-2008 bobbyt2 Wrote:the final flex game could be Dallas @ Philly, but depending on what happens this week. I heard on the WFAN (in NY) radio that it should be the Jets/Fins game. Dallas & Philly played on primetime already and I never heard of 2 teams playing twice on primetime in one season. Then again I never heard of a team have two back to back Sunday Night games. Are they waiting till this weekends outcomes to decide which game will be flexed? Are they waiting till this weekends outcomes to decide which game will be flexed? Yes. They have to give 10 days notice of the flex for every week except week 17. I read an article where it said that Dallas can't have any more prime-time games because you can only have 5. Then I read another article that says they aren't maxed out because Thanksgiving isn't prime time. Who knows. I'd say let Madden pick so he'd go with his Favrey-poo, but he was sporting a boner over Texas stadium this past week. Plus, he loves those STUBB sandwiches (they are good!). It's an iconic stadium but it's gotten old and is now a dump. The new stadium will be the best in the league. It sucks that Collinsworth is calling the last game there. I would have rathered had Madden or Aikman. NFL Talk - 2008 - Hooch - 12-19-2008 After last night the Peyton Manning MVP talk has started. If the Giants win this weekend, the Manning Bowl talk will start up again. The Brett storyline and the Fins come back is more interesting. NFL Talk - 2008 - Hooch - 12-19-2008 Securb Wrote:I think Miami is the better pick. The Brett storyline and the Fins come back is more interesting. The Dallas/Philly game could be meaningless for both teams by that time. If Atlanta and Tampa win out, which wont happen until Sunday afternoon, then they have the 2 wildcard spots and the prime time game would be between two douchebag non-playoff teams. I guess they are waiting to see if any of them lose this weekend before making a decision. If the Douchbags were in the NFC East they would be tied with the Cowgirls and sitting above The Beagles. :p |
