I am heading out to see Billy Idol in Boston. The cool thing is he is playing at the Orpheum Theater, probably the oldest theater in Boston. Acoustically the place sounds great, there isn't a bad seat in the house.

I love the Orpheum, but I don't think I've been inside there since seeing Sheryl Crow circa 2001. Hope Billy Idol doesn't level the place!

Steve is quite the axeman.
If I hadn't been dirt poor in college, I would own a Steve Stevens Hamer. It was a blem in a local store.

I make it a point to hit the Orpheum at least twice a year. Stevens crushed it last night, the whole band was solid. The show blew away all expectations and was a lot more guitar orientated that expected. Billy?...the guy still has the killer pipes.
