Electric guitar with arched/curved back. - kinnikuman - 02-16-2015 Does anyone know of such sorcery? I know a few custom guys who have done it but are there any factory ones? RE: Electric guitar with arched/curved back. - idsnowdog - 02-16-2015 Ovation has round backed acoustics. Mandolins and Lutes also have rounded backs. Nothing I can think of in terms of pure electrics. RE: Electric guitar with arched/curved back. - ExplorersRock - 02-16-2015 What about the DMZs? That would be ideal for my ever growing stomach. RE: Electric guitar with arched/curved back. - Oinkus - 02-17-2015 That is pretty crazy , just adding a little angle to the cut where it joins on both sides and then sanding it down smooth will give you an easy curve. Short side on the bottom for it to be the back and only do a very small angle.
