Today I got a package from amazon with these inside:
Fit For An Autopsy - Hellbound
Carach Angren - This Is No Fairy Tale
Both are fucking incredible.
Hellbound is basically everything you'd want from a brutal technical death metal album. I'm kicking myself in the ass for not going to see them live when they were somewhat close.
This Is No Fairy Tale is symphonic black metal with some of the most audible and unsettling lyrics you could imagine coming from the genre. It's horror stories that are brilliantly executed in hauntingly elegant atmosphere, with instrumentation that plays into te stories and not over them.

Check the new Carach Angren out if you can stand black metal vocals dude. You will not regret it.

I realized recently that I own 3 black metal albums and like 45 death metal albums.
I'll be adjusting that soon.
